This blog will contain original daily commentary, opinion and analysis on all things mortgage related. Because mortgage lending, much like politics, is fiercely local, some of the posts will have a definite Minnesota-centered perspective, meaning some of the specific programs and topics will be those germane to mainly a Minnesota audience, though I will try and relate them in a way that will have some benefit for readers everywhere. Mostly though, we’ll talk about things that apply no-matter where you are.
