Or: Expanding the Scope, Narrowing the Focus, and a Gentle Redesign.
The Short version: We’ve re-tooled a little (so look around) and launched another (very local) Real Estate & Mortgage blog. Go there now. Send Feedback
We also are looking for a local real estate obsessive, and a reasonably high functioning web designer. Details below.
- First, you might have noticed a slight though fairly comprehensive re-org/redesign. Click around a little, we’ve added some great new links: Real estate and local to the right. Mortgage and financial, credits and contact info to the left.
- The second announcement for now will only matter to a very small group of people. We’ve created a second (very local) Real Estate Blog, the first of what will be more "real estate microblogs" we’ll be rolling out in the coming weeks and months.
The Reserve blog, and those that will follow, is a very localized, neighborhood Real Estate blog. Go to the page and check it out, but highlights include a catalog of all for sale, sold, and pending sales, commuter hell, floor plans of neighborhood homes, association info (links, minutes and news), and a lot of other local links and utilities.
And that’s it – regular readers (or anyone else, for that matter), please (please, please!?) feel free to email or comment with any feedback, ideas, comments, gripes, links, suggestions, etc.
We are also on the hunt for:
- more real estate obsessives who would like to assist in blogging their neighborhood/development – email for details if you are out there.
- To find/hire a high functioning web designer who can do a logo redesign and a few other things for us.
And lastly, a quick thanks to the folks at Six Apart for the wonderfulness that is TypePad. You are not charging enough, really.
