Curb Appeal Enthusiasm™: Weekend Opens

by Alex Stenback on May 27, 2005

Very thin slate ahead of the holiday weekend, though we were able to dig up a few good ones.  We’re also going to try out a new feature by putting all the opens onto a google map – look for the link a little later, maybe.

Since you mentioned mapping the homes on Google Maps, I thought you might be interested in a MLS map search I put together for Seattle… It is definitely still a work-in-progress, but it might give you some ideas.

In reality, it is just a quick-and-dirty version of what Paul Rademacher put together using Craigslist data. (I’m still working to add some more functionality that will allow the user to sort by city, bedrooms, baths, etc…)

BTW, I also really like this weekly report you put out on open houses… I may try to do something similar for the Seattle market although I can promise that I won’t steal you “Curb Appeal Enthusiasm” since it is trademarked and al! :)
