Last Week
The aftermath of the Fed rate hike was a small drop in interest rates. Most market participants took the change in language accompanying the hike as a positive sign for the prospect of lower rates.
This Week
Producer Price Index prints on Tuesday, leading indicators on Thursday.  We can expect a fairly quiet week (barring any surprises – a higher than expected core PPI fig. could stir the market, so be careful if you are floating) ahead of the Christmas holiday as most traders will be looking to get out the door clean for Friday’s early close.
