It appears the recently reported death of bling has been much exaggerated, at least in Uptown. While perusing Craigslist Real Estate, we came across this ad:

I have a tricked out condo in Uptown. Im ready to deal. Buy it and Ill buy you a Rolex, a Car, Champagne, Trip to France, Closing Costs, and the ever popular Free Date with Me.
We traded a couple of emails with the listing agent (full disclosure: we know the guy) and confirmed that, with the exception of the date, the offers above stand, and he provided the picture of the Rolex model he’s offering, which you see above right (ladies model also available, natch.)
Think the market might be slowing a little?
