Few comments on the WI link:
1. Cheaper land VS. Double the taxes, and longer commute. Unless the land in MN actually does drop it’s an even tradeoff in my book.

2. What does this say for urban sprawl? Dont you think we could take some lessons from Tokyo? Up not out.

3. Come ON people… it’s Wisconsin. :)

Thanks for the link, Alex :) But perhaps it would have been better titled “Renovating a bathroom SUCKS A LOT until you’re done.”
