Condomania: 35,000 to Live Downtown Round-the-Clock

More good news for the Downtown condo market.  Buried in the "Have you Heard?" section ("Inside track" in the print version) was this snippet from CB Richard Ellis:

Call it condo-mania. The number of full-time downtown Minneapolis
residents will top 35,000 this year, according to the annual real
estate report of CB Richard Ellis. That’s up from a current population
of 30,000.
