As far as the registration issue: my quick research turned up this: I know W Hotels tried to sue George W. Bush for using “W” as his logo– I don’t believe they succeeded. And I don’t think anyone would mix up W Hotels with this condo building. I just ran a google search: and there are a couple of “W” Condos around the country.
