We’ve followed the Sexton and Sexton II development for some time now, so we thought we’d point out that on Friday May 19th, the Sexton II will be opening it’s [edit: virtual] doors and release to-be-built units (start at $149,900.) Finally.
For you real estate porn addicts that can’t wait until the 19th, floor plans and pics are up, but the grand opening is really the thing. It’s basically a rooftop party with food, adult beverages ("Sexton Blue" martini’s, in moderation kids) and a Vespa Scooter giveaway.
Let’s review: Free food, fine looking units, alcohol, and a free motorized device to take us home (is there a better mix?) We’ll be there.

We’ve created a little confusion here – the reception is at Sexton Phase I, on the roof (of the original Sexton building) because Phase II is a hole in the ground and a bunch of pretty drawings at this point.
So to clarify, the party/opening is AT phase I, but it is FOR phase II.
How great. My work’s porn filter won’t let me log on to the Sexton site, because it has “sex” in the title. Great.
Also, the 19th is a friday. So what is the correct date?
It is FRIDAY the 19th, 5-7, definitively.
And Jason, try when you have a client that works at “Dick’s Sanitation” and the GOOGLE SEARCH for that term takes you to the “banned” page.
