		<description>Alex, do you have any idea how the new conforming loan amount will be determined for areas that are NOT in MSAs? Will they use Micropolitan Statistical Areas? My area is not an MSA, but a Micro. Also, the median home price used is the price determined as of when? The 2000 census? There&#039;s a LOT of questions regarding this proposed legislation. If it&#039;s part of the final bill. Great blog. Keep up the good work.
