It's a small (very small) business run by a Paul Murphy out of Glendale, AZ. I was extremely unimpressed and offended with the quality of service. I'm currently trying to find someone who can possibly review his license to practice business. He was very unorganized, and his customer service skills were beyond rude, they were downright volatile. My daughter is a friend of that family, which is why I thought I could give him a try. She tells me his aggressive, frightening personality is not confined to his business life. He apparently hits his child and is severely verbally abusive to his wife. And recently he made sexual comments to my daughter! His daughter tells us that he is mentally ill.
